nice. what backup camera/monitor is that ? And where did you mount the monitor, it's hard to see.
eBay special...I think it's like a 3" screen...2 inputs - one is a "sensing switch" input (tunes to that input automatically when it detects the signal), the other signal is "always tuned".
Mounted it on the roof. I decided to use the 'detachable face' option for my VHF/UHF radio, but I didn't like always catching the mic cable as I shifted in and out of park, so I decided to make an 'extension' for the mic cable up above the head liner. Took one of those galvanized two gang power box covers (the plain one with a single 'punch out' hole on it) and mounted it to the top side of the overhead console. Mounted the monitor mount to it as well as one of those surface-mount telephone jacks that served as the extension to the radio. Put a mic clip on it (not picture) and now it's out of the way and the monitor is also not cluttering up the dash.
Some of you folks have switches for everything! It looks like an airplane in there! I'm just content with a go pedal, a stop pedal, and a rudder.
...some of us need tohse switches for what we ask our rigs to do.
The OP said to keep it under $100, otherwise I'd have included the F650 dash mod...but that's pushing 3 bills or more by the time you outfit the switches. I went with the 9 switch model...front grille/bumper strobes, rear strobes, light bar front, light bar rear, work lights, alley lights (2), rear aux lights, one spare (will probably go for the future winch).
It was sagging 1 1/2" in the front and bottoming out on the bumpers and now it sits level, never bottoms out, and I still have the same stock ride. Plus now it looks more like a 4WD. I even got the first compliment on it since I bought it;............."nice truck"..
I got some Wade in-channel wind deflectors for around $60. I like them so far. I'm really hoping they'll help with rain, if we ever have some again! The water drips right down onto the window switches.
