I do understand how you might feel that way. The Pack was rather relentless back then.

Haha. Partially. I also kind of have to go against the norm and there are so many niners fans around here that I have to root against them

Very well could have something to do with it. When I was growing up my grandma had a red Explorer with wall to wall red interior. I spent hundreds of thousands of miles riding in that thing. I think that's where my dislike of red came from.
