I believe there is a general discussion thread as well as an off topic section. That's where threads like this belong.

And why suck the hate for Chevy lately? I can honestly say that despite how much I love my truck, I would take my grandpas old 04' Chevy 2500HD over it ANY day. Smooth ride, quiet, comfortable and after 85k miles of ONLY towing a 44 foot fifth wheel around the country and down into Mexico, it has never once had an issue of ANY kind. It's a shame my grandma sold it after he passed. I would have loved to have had it...

Mods are the only ones who can delete it. Not trying to be pushy, just want the appropriate threads in the appropriate sections.

cuase evan most people are brand stupid when it comes to that stuff. i myself drive what is available and cheap, though when it comes to the 90's (my favorite year of truck) fords are generally better built

I like my Chevy, just hit 313k this morning, still going strong. Hasn't been too troublesome, but I gotta say, my experience with GM's is that the darndest things go wrong with them at the most inconvenient times, like the center of the flexplate breaking away in the middle of a downpour...
