For $200 you can't go wrong. You could get that back at a scrapyard if need be. As for tips, the usual stuff for a vehicle that has been sitting, new oil and filters, get rid of that old gas, do a tune up on it, replace battery, check belts/hoses, and replace as needed (or replace them all since they have been sitting also).
