This weekend Josh,my sis and myself went to Bills house friday night/sat morning..got there 4;15am. Saturday morning we all got up and headed out at 7am for the other side of greensboro nc. by noon I was the owner of a completly rust free 93 bronco.
Joshs "titty pink" cc rocked the whole 24-25 hrs driving!! HE is THE man for helping out with driving, ridin, and pushing the "crazy horse" project as Bill calls it.
The engine in the bronco is junk so first I have a different engine from a buddy I hope soon. There are some other things to be done with cleaning etc.
The great part is its from nc...NOT a spec of rust or rot. It is amazing just how nice this thing is. I feel bad for bringing it into the rust belt but I will take good care of him.
Maybe someday there will be a psd swap in the works lol
Hi Congratulations on the Bronco & Yes good job on finding one Rust Free... It is hard now a days to find one in good shape and your friend deserves a drink for helping you out, Good Help/Friends are also Hard to come by too Just Kidding, Lot's of Great Folks here on "FTE" Enjoy !!!
You were only 75 miles from me!!!!! Wish I had known you were coming to NC. Guess all that work you do keeping Josh's front end aligned is paying off! lol
Thanks thomas.Dan....dang..im sorry.i didnt even think about anything but go go go and making as much time as possible and not thrashing joshs truck. them hills worked it but its a great truck! I cant wait to get clifford up and running and get on the broncoresurection.
Looks great Aaron! Make sure you post up a link for us diesel guys when you start the process of getting it back on the road (I assume there will be a build thread?). That'd be a great candidate for a 4BT swap.... Jus sayin....
