Need truck ID

Friend sent me a pic of a truck. He thinks it is a 73 F-100 though I see it does not have the "F-100" emblem on the front fender. Can anyone ID it?

Based on the grill, either '73 or '74, and the 15" wheels and five lugs makes it an F100, or F150. Can't tell without the VIN.

Did you repost in the '73-79 truck section?
