a few header Q's...
DIY EFI's and a Walker downpipe would run about $125 and open up the exhaust side to compliment that 4bbl/intake
where would i look to get them?

The EFI's & downpipe alone might help some, but, similar to that post, YOU would get more benefit opening up the INTAKE ALSO. The stock 300 configuration is notoriously choked by small intake AND exhaust. Opening just one side would do little compared to opening up BOTH!
Those are two of the best things you can do for a 300, but you really won't get much from one without the other.
