Mine came apart on the other side (foam part around cup holders). I contacted Ford and they do not sell a replacement piece only a new upper seat section for 500 bucks. I ended up taking mine to a local upholstery shop and paid 125 bucks to have it re-stitched. I just unbolted the top section and left it with them for a few hours and picked it up that night.
