Torque specs
The 4 small bolts in the center should be torqued to 21-25 ft-lbs. The main bolts should be torqued to 28-33 ft-lbs.
Make sure you tighten them in the correct sequence to prevent vacuum leaks and damaging the manifold. Sequence to follow is:
Front left: 8 2 10 12 4 6
Front right: 7 3 11 9 1 5
Go around the sequence several times because previously tightened bolts will loosen up as the manifold is drawn down by other bolts.

I realize this is an old thread, but I think it is used for the torque spec info. Edelbrock reccommends 25ft/lbs on all bolts. I've also heard several suggestions that after two or three heat cycles you go back and re-torque these bolts.
