External Temp sending unit

External temperature on overhead console

can anyone post a picture or diagram of exactly where the external temperature sending unit is located and what it looks like

is this the part that I am looking for or can someone give me a part no

If you can pull the grill off you may see it. On my 2006 it's located on the drivers side of the header panel.

thanks guys that was what I was looking for. Seems to me to be a strange position to install the sensor right bang next to the radiator. You would think the heat from the radiator would distort the reading of the external temperature.
