Well mabey its not junk. Ive tried to blow it up. Short of putting it in neutral and flooring it till it dies, ive ran it hard,3rd gear low range 6000+ rpm mudding pulling and letting son take it mudding. the SOB runs GREAT. Pulled valve covers off again, was pumping oil like crazzzy.The local machine shop where i have work done said it sounds normal.Normal is NOT sounding like sewing machine.Tired of messing with it.Next week or two going to hook 5th wheel and K5 Blazer on it and go 5 hours south to visit little sister. Taking blazer just in case.lol Will know if it is going to end up a piece of scrap metal, or just be noisy. when weather turns nice will change it out then.keep yall posted on trip.
