The Tough Country is power coated standard.
The Ranch Hand was paint.

That looks really good...I never seen a Tough Country bumper.
Power Coat is very nice to have too.

I put this one on a few weeks ago and it paid immediate dividends. I hit a deer within a week of installing it. Bambi curled up my bumper a little but didn't do any significant damage thanks to the best mod I've done so far.
