How do you get on the dyno, by appointment set up in advance or get in line that morning?

well... as much as i would like to the 1900 mile trip each way would kill me. I can do 900ish miles in a stretch easy, but back to back is a bit much.
Flying would be a lot cheaper...

That seems to be the going rate at dyno events.

I'd like to get in on that and check my stock setup before I start tuning it up.
Be good to get a baseline but the likelihood of me ever having enough money to tune in the near future is slim to none...

According to their website, ALL sites offer pull-thru campsites and electric. It didn't say anything about water though
Actually Tennessee rates are 9-10%
Varying by county.
Generally around 9.25.

They like to have a rough estimate for people who want to get on the dyno.

Tennessee has no state income tax and also isn't running a huge deficit like a lot of other states.
Everything is taxed at the 9-10% rate and the state makes more money than other states who tax both income and sales purchases.
OOops.
Sales tax is only taken out on your purchases, so the smarter you make your purchases, the more money you will save.
Thus buy in bulk, section out and save lots of money.
I make more money working in tennessee at a lower income job than I have here in michigan working a 15+ hour job.
State income tax just murders you.
You are more likely to find a min wage job around 8-850 in tennesse as well.
Not many places pay the bare minimum.
