My curiosity is getting the better of me. What happened that the Port suddenly decided to jump ship? I thought after their last reversal, they were being sticks in the mud over something, I never quite understood. It is not like the old air base has any runways or anything useful for a "Port" Authority.

Good morning my friends! What a wonderful start to a beautiful day! NO MORE DAMN PORT! Now I need to get control over this place, and start getting businesses to settle here...
Here is the best thing I've read since I moved here:
"IV. Bargain and Sale Deed:
Following discussion of the present ownership structure, responsiveness of former owners and work progress, Commissioner Wetherell moved to deed the property back to the former owners. Commissioner Pryor seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
Commissioner Pryor moved to return the unused portion of the $25,000 grant to the State with a thank you letter to Karen Homolac. Commissioner Wetherell seconded and the motion carried 5-0."
Now on to better things!
