Morning Gerry! Spent yesterday with one of the LLC owners that live out of state going over the rentals. Got rid of the last non-paying renter last week and now get to clean that house and make it ready for the new renter. We were supposed to work on Jerry's house yesterday but had to postpone it. We'll be going back there today to start rebuilding the wall we took down on Wed....

 

I'm glad you got the free loaders outa there Don, now you can forge forward as planned, well done

 

Thanks Gerry. It's taken almost a year, but all the freeloaders are gone, and we have selected some very nice families to replace them. We are back in the black now! My next project is to go to court and get judgments against the losers, and try and collect the back rent. I guess they all figured out they couldn't BS me like the last managers. I've heard they have been badmouthing me in town, but it's all good, because I don't give a damn what they say. I did my job.....

 

Morning Don and Gerry, was windy all yesterday, a little rain and a little snow. I think most of the wind went over the top of th ehole I live down in. 33 out here this morning.

 

Morning Allen! We had it all yesterday also. High winds, rain, and some snow......

Looks like it's all over today tho. Weather guessers are saying sunny and mid 50's for the next 7 days!

Doesn't bother me one bit. The LLC has finally agreed that My way is better, and given me more power. Now I don't have to check with them for most things. I can do it my way....... Miss one month payment we have a talk. Miss the second payment, you get evicted. No second chance. I will keep this business in the black...

I did everything legally, and have the backing of the LLC. I hope they do sue! I could use the fun......ROFLMAO...............lol

The only thing I regret, is the LLC didn't let me do it sooner. We could have lost less money. Now they believe me...

 

Yes I remember the story, yer hands were tied...... it took an ultimatum to get them to see the light, oh well water under the bridge now....
