Better to stay home and play than to pretend to work at work. But if they don't pay you to stay home then I guess it's better to go to work. At least you got to play on the way!
Sounds good Shawn. I need to get my bikes in for their annual check up so I can get back on the trails. Havent been riding in awhile. But I am usually good for at least 15 mile rides. on mosttrails.

I'm a road biker in the summer and runner year 'round. Funny how hiking up the mountain with the dogs in the snow uses a whole different set of muscles.
Yes it does Shawn. I have a path and pavement bike I use for roads and most prepared trails like rail trails. I also have a mountain bike for when I want to get off the beaten path.

Pretty much Shawn. Longest I have been able to go so far has been 30 miles on one ride. Another one was about 25 miles. I am working on being able to maintain at least a 30 mile trip on the bike. But that will take time. When I did the 30 mile trip I was feeling it at the end of the ride. I got home took some ibuprofen and crashed on the couch. I felt it a few hours later.
