True, but we normally get temps like this this time of the year. It looks like this will be short lived.

We've had below normal temps all Winter.
Saw on a drought monitor the other day that says Northern IL is still in a drought situation.

After all of the rain we received last Spring I thought for sure we were out of it from a few years back.

The ground is frozen to a depth of 8 to 10" so what snow we get will become runoff when it melts.

No it's not. The Spring flood last year was the highest ever in IL.

Was a lot of damage and loss of work last year. All of that water goes to the Mississippi River, all of the areas South of here are effected also.
