what RPM gain can I expect?????

I run on a 3/8 paved circle track, and was curious if someone could tell me what kind of an RPM gain That I can expect form switching form a 3.55 gear ratio to a set 3.70's.I am currently revving at 4400 in second gear (c-4) at the end of the straight's,but am lacking a little pull if anyone gets beside me.Most likely have better hold back in the corners as well I would think.Any help would be appreciated.

multiply your rpm by 1.04 for the ratio change from 3.55 to 3.70

You mean to say that I will only get an increase of around 175 more RPM's?Hmmmmmm, that's very interesting,I thought for sure it would be quite a bit more, like 400 hundred or so.Oh well, what do I know,Thanks very much for the reply.Does that number work with other trannies or just the c-4's?

Thanks for the reply.
