Magic Air & FORD script heaters
Took 4 large boxes of rusted heater parts , fresh air tubes , defrost ducts , cable control panels & etc. to the media blasters fri. & retrieved 3 boxes of parts that were there . Will get some more back next fri. So all of you who are waiting on heaters ( you know who you are) will have some painted & together soon .Had 20 heater cores pressure tested & 28 motors checked out . Stock piling inventory ! Will have plenty of individual parts also . Heaters soon !! The AACA is having the winter meet here in Pt.St.lucie , Fla in Feb. only 3 miles away . Good time to have a load of heaters & related parts ready .Sat was epoxy primer day as the weather was perfect ! Later , Denny

Retrieved 8 boxes of cleaned parts from the media blasters sat.Also had the minor rust issues taken care of on the stock truck tailgate . Took him less than 10 min. A friend of mine had me take a set of AA/FC zoomie headers he had from Bob Bode's funny car . He used to work on it . They madia blasted them clean in 15 min. Sun . is primer day . Did some parts sat. aft. Hope the rain stays away . Go Packers !!!!!!!!

OOPS !!!! Will be a depressing day in Wis Mon . with a crucial loss & the high temp of -11 & wind chills in -30 range .

FORD script heater
Another arrived in the mail today from Great Bend , Kansas ( the site of the 1st NHRA world finals ) . Amazing 64 yrs later & it still disassembles ( w/ the help of a little heat ) .Made 12-31-48 . All Magic Air & FORD script heaters have the date stamped on the back .

Building inventory . 142 pcs . Some need minor repair , some need rebuilt panels , minor welding ,dents removed , pittingfilled . All part of saving these 61+ yr. old parts so they can live again & keep future generations of old FORD truck owners warm .

Magic Air heater
'52 Magic Air heater system going to an FTE'r in Va. Converted to 12 V , new ***** on control panel , new cage nut on intake duct , custom made gaskets ,all original hardware , new boot by yours truely ( have made 100 & sold 86 so far ) polished & painted emblem ,colored matched to original hammered silver paint .
NOS deluxe motor cover emblem on Magic Air heater for the 1ST-RIDE . Combo b-day & xmas present to self in '13 .
'48-'50 fresh air heater blower motor housing & fresh air tube . Ths is in great condition before resto .
