Excellent thanks! Gave up last night and going to change it out today. We are all agreed that it is threaded normal, correct? (ccw-loosen cw-tighten)
I searched a bunch of threads and not one I could find straight out said how it is threaded. Maybe this could help someone in the future. Something spinning that fast in the same direction as the bolt is loosened, it is good to clarify the correct thread direction.

Got it. It is ccw-off. Got a swivel headed thin handled 15" 3/8 socket wrench, and it was a breeze. Funny thing the main idler was making noise at low idle and the tensioner idler was making noise at high idle. Together they made noise constantly. Both failed at same time?

Is the main center bolt that holds the tensioner to the block regular threaded to? ccw-loosen cw-tighten. I removed both pullies so I could get to it. It looks like a 1/2" bolt head.
