Tailgate assist

I snooped around the site for a post on this topic, could find it, sorry if I'm duplicating this. I was wondering about some info on a tailgate assist kit for my 94 f150. Does someone manufacture it for our yr of truck?. Or has anyone custom made one. Sure would love one.

LMC truck has them I wouldn't doubt other companies have it. No idea if anybody has bought one from them and if it worked.

looks like mechanics warehouse has them. Has anyone dealt with them?
