Magic Thermostat Bolt

Is there something magic about the bolts on the thermostat housing for a 1989 5.0L F-150 4x4? The left one is easy to remove/install and the right one is visible and that's about it. I'm hoping someone has a really clever solution to installing the right hand bolt. PLEASE!!

That one is right behind a bolt boss/ear on the water pump, if I remember correctly. If that is the bolt I'm thinking of, I've always just used a wrench on that one.

Thanks. Between the boss you mentioned, the electrical connection on the distributor and the thermostat housing, I managed to fuss it in place. Not something I want to do again in a long time.
