Wheels
Im looking for some ideas for a new look.
Currently I have oem white wheels with trim rings and 67 Fairlane hubcaps and a whitewall tire.
I really like the vintage turbine wheels like TA455HO has on his CS but at $1400 a set I don't like them that much.
Anyone have a pic of slotted mags on a F100? Im not sure if I would like that or not.
Will the chrome smoothies that take an innie cap sold by U.S. Wheel or Crager clear disc brakes?
I prefer a closed wheel to hide the rear drums.

I have a set of Stockton Wheel Chrome Henrys and they accept the bottle cap innie and clear disc brakes.
They are chrome reverse type.
All wheels sold new today have the modern safety hoop and disc brake clearance built in to them by federal law.

Where does a person look at a $1400 set of these wheels?
The ones on my truck are 16" 8 lug. They are starting to grow on me...

I need ammo to make the wife feel better - OK, maybe not ammo, literally.
I paid $1,825 so if I can show her the wheels for $1,400 it would go a long way.
I can see the number of spokes in the turbine is another factor. I counted 18 on mine. In the three that you posted I can count 10, 15 and 30.
As usual I'd guess the 8 lug are going to be less common.

There was a polished set of 8 lug on CL about three months ago for 800.00 almost pulled the trigger.
I had a eight lug early set back in PA before i left and sold them for 100 bucks. (kicks self in ***)

Will a 15x8 with a 4in BS fit the rear ok on my 66 LWB?
I would go with a 15x6 on the front with a 3.75in BS.
Discount tire doesn't want to mount a 235/75R15 on an 8 in rim, they say the rim is to wide. The tire manufacturer says that tire is ok on a 6-8in rim.

I have 15x8 w/4" bs all the way around on mine with no clearance issues. Fronts are 235/75 and rears are 31x10.5
