1996 5.8 f250 fuel tank problems

I have a 1996 f250 4x4 5.8 dual tanks.
Rear tank works great no troubles problems with front.
Front tank truck idles good will rev up good all the time. The problem is when I get it under a load or a hill and now even on flat hwy unloaded truck jumps and runs bad has no power sometimes wont get over 50mph must press fuel easy, if I put it to floor it loses all power.

if rear tank is full and front tank has room it will over time suck rear tanks fuel but rear has to be over 1/2 full.

I have look at all the lines no visible issues I hear both pumps come on.

I drive truck everyday want it all to work right not letting it fall apart

sounds like your front tank has a weak fuel pump check fuel pressure while your running on front tank you should have 35 to 40 psi taking reading off fuel rail
