Assuming you are asking what paint to use on the gauges, I did a Google search on "gauge needle paint" and found lots of hits. Here are several on eBay
I just looked through their store and discovered they have a lot more than last time I looked. Unfortunately they don't have a gauge LED kit for our trucks, but I sent them a note telling them of my work on Dad's truck, my needs for LED's, and the somewhat long thread where I will document wherever I get the LED's. And that I'm hoping we can partner to get a kit together that will make it easy for others to make the conversion.
Back to our regularly scheduled programming, their needle paint is a whole $2.50.
Having used the paint from the source mentioned, the 'paint marker' I bought at a hardware store worked much better. It was much easier to get an even, opaque coat of new pigment on the needle.
