King Pin?? Squeak

My '67 F-250 seems to be starting to show her age. After spending about half her life in a barn, I bought it and have had a pretty good truck since.

However, today as I was driving home, I noticed this terrible squeaking sound coming from the front-end. I came home and put the truck up on ramps and had my brother turn the wheel for me. The king pin on the passenger side would have liked to deafen me. I went and got the grease gun, figuring it was just a little low.
**note:I do grease all my fittings at every oil change**

It was to no avail. It seems that the bushings are going bad inside the steering knuckle.

I know that all the rubber bushings under the front end are stock, as most are beginning to tear and not in that great of shape.

My question is this...If I decide to rebuild the front-end, what is it gonna cost me?
Here's a wish list of the things that I know need to be done.
1. King Pins
2. All Rubber Bushings
3. Shocks
4. Ball Joints

I am afraid that if its too much, it may be a goner. I'd rather not sink a ton of money into it right now as I am in the process of planning a wedding.

Please guys, any and all suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Ken

CHeck out this site www.P-S-t.com. I have never used thier truck kit but I put one of their poly graphite kits in my mustang a few years ago and have been nothing but pleased with it.

Hi, you don't have ball joints; the king pins ride in two bushings. I don't have current prices but this is a pretty cheap front end to rebuild. I would replace the steering linkage also.

Have you tried jacking the sqeaking tire off the ground and then greasing it. Sometimes the will take more grease that way. Kingpins can sometimes be hard to get grease into.
