Running Boards Interchangeable?
Hello all,
Tech questions here...
I have a 2008 F350 King Ranch CC. In the Ice the other night, I trashed one of my factory running boards.
Found a set off of a 2011. Looks to have the same brackets and placement of the one I trashed.
Can anyone tell me if they are direct replacements, or will I have to mod something underneath to make them fit?
To buy a new one from FMC is VERY $$$$$$.

It will fit fine but they are a different look... almost every year ford changes the look (ex. I have a 13 350 and my father has a 11 250 and completely different look to it!!) Bu5 again, as far as fitment youll be fine

They will fit. I just got a set from an 08 SC for my 12 SC. The only thing you might have to do is move the mounts for the board. The 08 mounts did not line up on my truck and just had to move them to fit. The boards have mulptiple mounting locations on the boards themselves.
