stalling, rough idle, running lean

OK I have a 97 expy Eb 5.4 check engine light has been on for a couple of months I finnaly had the time to check it out we found two codes too lean on the left side and too lean on the right side. I was thinking maybe a vacum leak but didnt really hear anything and I dont really know where to look I am putting new plugs in tommorow hopefully that will take care of the ruff idle. The trans seems to be acting up also when I am taking a sharp curve or a turn and givr it some gas it seems to be slipping and makes a weird noise. I dont really know what is going on with it because I can be at a red light and stomp down on the gas and she takes off no slipping. Does anybody have any sugg or tips???? Thanks in advance.
