3v 5.4 intake flow limitations

I'm curious how much a stock intake can flow. I have been stockpiling info for a rebuild I want to do in the next year or so. O would like to do a slight compression bump with a .030-.040 over bore to bump power some. I would also like to port the heads and do some valve work but if the intake can't flow the air needed it won't be worth my time. Thanks for any info

Unless you plan on putting bigger cams in at the same time, the build will show little improvement.
The manifold should be good to 400 hp. If that's not enough then a 4.6 3V aftermarket manifold with spacers could provide even more flow.

Still on the fence about cams. I do tow and don't want my power band moving to far north.
