Ok I put the pics. on an album cant seem to get them on a post. Can you tell whether these are the widow maker rims. The truck spent most of its life in Oregon, but now has a new home here in Ohio. I only found two dime size rust holes on the truck. It also only has a few dents, worst one on drivers fender.
You are in luck, that wheel (edit - agree both fronts) has the Goodyear split ring outer rim. I'd doubt it started its life on your truck, but you are glad it is now yours. Your next task is to compare it to the other five (or six if you have a spare). Since you said the tires are only five years old, and the truck came from Oregon, I'm gonna bet that the prior owner took care of the widow maker problem for you. We've heard that Oregon's state laws are strict on not servicing widow makers. Nice truck, btw. Stu
