Standard Russian breakfast....their version of pancakes (not Waffle House or Denny's by no means), cold lunch meat and cheese, ham chunks, chocolate filled croissant.
And strange tasting scrambled eggs, things are just not like in the good ol US of A.
Sadly i dont have a spark tester but i did try pulling anplug or two and seeing if that worked or uf the plug wil arc to the block ... I gave that a shot and nothin no spark what so every
I always carry a spare coil, Ford electronic module behind the seat. Lessons learned the hard way, so now I also carry a voltage regulator and a starter solenoid.
Im not totally sure what kindbof system allbi know is its got a napa auto voltage regulator an excell coil and ivthink the ignition control module is actually bolted on the inside drivers fender next to the brake power booster ?? Most ofvut is somewhat new but before i bought yhe truck it sat a while and the guy replaced alot of parts including takingvthe 76 cab off and putting a 79 cab on . Im sorry i cant give better info than that im horrible with electrical. I may start at the coil . Oh when the truck ran if i turned any electrical on (heater , lights) the engine would drop rpms drastically i dont know if that helps. Maybe voltage regulator ?? The alternator charges fine i just had it checked
I'd just about bet that it's the ignition module as far as the dying suddenly goes I've had it happen, someone with more experience with electrical needs to time in on the engine idling low when electrical equipment is turned on, but I believe that if the alternator output is fine then the voltage regulator would be my next step.
Ok thank u i was curious about the ignition module . I think tomorrow im going to go agea and replace the coil , regulator and module. Or at least the regulator and module . They arent expensive and some refresher parts probly wouldnt hurt lol
Fomoco?? Ill look into that thank u. My tech buddy has been really generous and has a new spare module hes gonna drop off for me i dont think its a fomoco though. But whatever works for now is kore than welcome. He told me that some ofvthese modules when they get really cold they "crap out" as he said. And chilling at -1 for a coue days id imagine that was cold enough cuz i had been running it alot just for fun so it never really got cold in the enginge compartment. Thing is a blast in the snow lol thank u for the tips
