How many guys and gals out there bought new and still currently own their 6.0?

Bought mine September of 2006.Been back to the dealer one time for a thermostat at around 5000 miles,That's all.Put a coolant filter on it along with a DashDaq 2 and everything else is stock(Engine wise).Best truck I've ever owned.

 

Bought mine new Nov 05', 8yrs 197 K miles. It's never been back to the shop.

I bought mine Aug 04, it had 300 miles on it, HMMM, (dam car wash/ parts guys), had it serviced by the dealer most of its life, until I found FTE, now I do all the service and I know that's being done for a lot less. I would not trade my truck in for anything, it will Tow anything I hook to it, I wouldent say it rides like a Caddi, but I don't hear caddi guys say my car cant pull a house eather. one more thing has anybody had spot welds that were not ground down ? That was the first thing I had the dealer do and repaint the bed.

 

Count me in. I ordered mine, watched it being built, and bought it new.

 

Ordered mine before the first 6.0 ever hit the road, built 1/15/03, delivered 1/21/03. We're still together 220,000 miles later. Just ordered new tires and a new Bulletproof Diesel radiator, so we'll be going a while longer it seems.

135k miles. blown head gaskets at 93k. $10k later... all is better...

studded, stellite seats, tunes, dashdaq, DC power, lots of stuff done to it.
10k# work van.

 

Mine has been in the family since new. My Uncle ordered it in December of 2004 and was delivered in February of 2005. 87k on it now. He passed December 2012 and left it to us...

I special ordered a 2005 E450 cutaway van in September of 2004. I took delivery of it in January, 2005 after the Unicell box was installed on it.

I sold it in March of 2012, it only had 19K miles on it. No issues.

I did a coolant filter and CAT ELC coolant a year before I sold it.

 

I qualify also, bought all three in sig new and still burnin natural resources through them!

Bought mine with 11 miles in June of 06. 175000 miles and going strong.

 

got our 04 F350 in July 04 and still have it. about 50000 as its our vacation vehicle. Put studs, bpd egr, new oil cooler about 3 years ago.

 

MY 2004 purchased around Christmas 2003. Currently has around 70,000 miles

 

2004 bought in Sept 2004 174K replaced EGR cooler twice install BPD no problems.

 

03/03 build 160,000 been abused its whole life in and out of the woods hauling logs and my 4x4 puller. Injectors last year. Been chipped in extreme for 140000 miles no studs, no head gaskets. Hand full of power steering pumps from blowing donuts. 35s ,19 mpg hard on clutches. Oh yeah and local Cummins guys hate her..... I love it been a real trooper.
