Windsor org exaust manifolds cracking

Windsor org exaust manifolds cracking
1990 E 250 Coachman conversion & 4x4 E350 chassis axles conversion (done separately)
FYI:Clarification on my Terminology:"exaust port" merges straight down into the lower "collector."
I have noticed my cast iron exaust manifolds are cracking on the "collectors".
As viewed from the drivers seat:
1-the right side manifold is beginning to crack ,from the top of the collector , moving straight down, and is between the first and second exhaust port
2- the left manifold is cracking the same way but it is between the second and third exaust ports
Anyone have any ideas why?
Is this common enough in this engine/year/or 4x4 setup?
Mi mileage is just over 100K on original manifolds.
The 4x4 lift causes my van to be on the bouncy side on fwys. Could this be it? Off road I creep along. No offroading in several years and I just began hearing the exaust leak through the crack last year.
I cant post pics to forum that I took of the cracks so Ill try posting one pic on my avtar or to my garage or album so you can see...i hope.
Ill have to resume the posting of the pics tomorrow.
