Stuck e-brake??
I just go my Bronco Saturday and the only thing wrong with it is that I can't get the pedal for the emercency brake to go down. The cables underneath have slack in them so it doesn't need adjusted, but the pedal won't push down. Any ideas as to how to get it to go down?

Stuck e-brake??
Have someone press on the pedal while you watch the cables. At least one of the three is more than likely frozen. When they push on the pedal, if the cable tightens up to the adjuster then you have narrowed it down the one or both of the rear cables.
Every time I have had this problem regardless of the truck, it was one of the two rear cables frozen into place.
