Hi from NoVa
I'm new to this forum. I'm looking for my FIRST truck. There have been two Explorers in the family, but never had a pickup. I've been looking, unsuccessfully, for a used F250 w/long bed. What's wrong with a long bed....seems like no one buys a truck with a long bed these days. Even dealers have very, very few of them.

Hi, I hear you that finding a long bed is hard to do as it took me a while to find what I really want, a 92 F150 reg cab with an 8 ft box.

Good to have another Virginian on board - even if we are 6 hours plus apart. Hi from Abingdon. There seem to be more pickup selections from East Tennessee nearby than VA. I'll try to keep an eye out for your long bed. I just put bed wood and bed strips and built some bed stakes for my 55 short bed. I have seen wood/strips for a long bed if it turns out you need them for your project. Will keep a lookout for your project.
