Turn signal problem
Don't know what your problem is but our '99's turn signals messed up and come to find out the fuse socket lost tension and the fuse was not making contact, I wedged a brass shim in to snug it up.

if it's the right turn signal, try moving the tilt wheel up some, it's a problem in most Expy's the wires get pinched in there, sometimes I just smack my steering wheel and it starts working....LOL
