I have a 1995 ford f150 6 cylinder 2 wheel drive.The clutch pedal has developed a wierd sort of squeek.When I depress the pedal and when I let off on it it makes this noise.The clutch fluid is up where it should be.I sprayed wd40 on any moving part I could see that might start squeeking to no avail.I climbed under the vehicle and had my wife work the clutch and it actually sounds like the noise is coming from the transmission.Is there something about to go wrong with the clutch or transmission?

Its probably the throwout bearing sliding. The shaft that is slides on gets dry afterawhile. You can carefully spray some lithium grease on the shaft, make sure that you dont get any on the clutch. This could also mean your throwout bearing is probably dry too and ready to fail. I assume it is probably still factory and needing replacement.

Can I access the shaft from underneath the truck or do I need to remove some parts first?I was told the throw out bearing was replaced less than a year ago.

My truck has an external slave, If I remove the boot around the clutch fork I can spray lube onto the shaft, It really helps clutch movement If I do this every few thousand miles.
