What's wrong with this pic?

If anyone here gets Peterson's 4 wheel and off road look on the page after page 69 (it's not numbered) at the Weld wheel ad and see if you can figure out what's wrong with the pic. I suppose it won't take too long now that you know there is something to look for but lets see

PS it's the July 03 issue.
