now it dosent run
I bought a 95 f350 7.3 powerstroke.I bought the truck with a bad tranny but the engine was running good.I loaded it on a flatbed wrecker and hauled it 90 miles to the house.when the truck arrived and was offloaded I tried to start it and it will not run.I. can get it to run momentarily on a shot of ether or a rag soaked in gas.I have diesel in the tank,at the filter bowl and coming out of the Schrader valve.Does this truck have an inertia switch that may have tripped during transportation?What could be wrong?

I can't be of much help, aside from telling you that I know the gas engine trucks have an inertia switch behind the passenger's side kick panel. I've never had a diesel, so I'm not sure if they have them too.
You'll probably get a more informative answer in the Powerstroke forum, those guys know their stuff!
