Cracked block, blown head gasket would be my immediate guesses.
First have to do a pressurized leak-down test. Regardless what that shows though most likely you'll need to tear this one down.

You photo has to be hosted on a site like Photobucket etc etc--most are free. Once its there you hit the "insert image" icon at the top of the reply box and paste the direct like to the photo hosting site's URL for that image.
Once you've done all that select "Preview Post" next to "Submit Reply" to see if its actually been inserted. If it has just hit submit.
