I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving! I sure know that I have a lot to be thankful for, 10 wonderful children and a beautiful, loving and very understanding wife...she has to be in order to put up with 18 years of the Army. Our final move happens in a week, heading to Fort Riley, KS.

And to each of you the same !

While we don't have to be thankful for surviving the rigors of daily life like the original pilgrims did... and food, football, family, and time off dominate our time today...

We do each have to be thankful for our luck of birth in a free country and the work ethic our parents gave us !

tell ALL your family members individually how thankful you are to know and love them!
it may be the last time you have that opportunity !
