On the part that sticks out the most. That is a 24" level just sitting across the lip of the wheel. I believe backspace measurements are taken from that point, unlike width measurements.

So my camera angle theory was right but it did seem to me that it should have been off more than 1/16" (at that much angle). I take lots of these pictures for Ebay using a tape and getting the tape to look correct is a problem. I would take the above info and back it up with the statements found it the 2 links I sent.
