I had a locked wheel when I picked mine up. It was a bad wheel cylinder and I replaced all four, got new hoses and made new lines.

Get some Acetone and mix it 50/50 with ATF. And a squirt bottle.
Use it as penetrating oil everywhere.
even pour some down the plug holes. That mix and a hot wrench for the rusty
bolts will make the job easier.
Take lots of pic's and document how she came apart.

Have a 52 f3 here..had sat 20 years,sandpaper on the points,gas down carb,fired right up.
