Looking for recommendations on remote starters

Hey guys. I'm looking for recommendations on a remote starter for my gas 2008 f250. I want something with great range. I also want a 2 way remote so I can get verification the truck started. I see some starters that you can add on a part to be able to start with your smart phone (with annual subscription)
What do you guys recommend?
Thanks!

First of all are you wanting a remote start/security system or just remote start ? If you just want remote start with good range, then I'd say to go with a Viper 2 way remote start, these can have a range of up to a mile. You need to keep in mind however that the range decreases depending on what you have between you and your vehicle (i.e. buildings, hills etc.) The systems you can start with your smart phone are nice however theres the annual fee for the service. These also have limitations, of course you need to be in an area that has cell service. It just depends on how much range you need, and how fancy you want to get.

I've used the same compustar 2 way on my last 2 trucks. I can start my truck right from my locker at work in the change room, were other guys "might" be able to start theirs from the window. I don't think my truck has ever not started, pages me back to tell me it started too, really like that feature.
