So i got the new engine today and used a 4 wheeler to pull the big blue bomb in front of the garage so that I can work on it. now i just need a harmonic balancer, flex plate, oil pan, and some basic knowledge about how to do this. guess i should learn pretty fast.
Are you gonna put some normal sized tires on that thing for the engine swap? I don't see you getting the motor out with a standard engine hoist otherwise.. it won't even come close to going high enough.

With the incline of the driveway, putting the front of the frame on stands and just put some big wheel chocks behind the rear tires, the frame will be almost level and he'll be good to go.
Yeah i know i have to drop it onto some jack stands to do the swap. Those rims are silver not black, but i think i will go with black when i get some new tires.
After watching the video I only see one issue. The distributor you got has a distributor mount TFI. Your truck has a remote mount TFI. On top of that they are different modules. You will want to get a remote mount 351W distributor and use the TFI that is already in the truck.
