Not mine (if it were, it wouldn't be on ebay) Sorry if this is a double post.

This guy has tried to sell this previously, and for the life of me, I don't understand why it hasn't found a new home. Unless, of course, that he's set the reserve over the moon. I'd love to have it, but don't have room in the barn for one more. Stu

Among other things, he ( the seller) has only had 4 ebay transactions, many folks are hesitant to buy or sell to a person without much history

Last I looked at the auction, it has eight bidders with twelve bids. So that suggests it should find a buyer if the guy has it priced fairly. Stu

Wow, very cool truck. Looks like it sold. Sure would be cool if the new owner became a member of the fridge club, but we're a pretty rare breed....

also, a lot of people simply wont bid on reserve auctions, the people who have faith in the process of bidding and letting the prices go up due to last minute bidding wars often get really good sales prices........again, the potential seller was a newbie, with only 4 transactions.......

Yeah, but he's had it for sale for a long time, and listed on eBay more than just this once. I think I've seen it on CL too. Does eBay only count a seller's transactions when the sale is finalized? That could explain the low count. He's got a reserve that nobody wants to reach. Stu

Thats a cool truck but 5K seems high to me. Rare for sure, but in my mind that doesnt justify 5k or better. Parts could be an interesting problem when it came time to rebuild the axles or t-case. Another strike against it imho, is that its only 2 years prior to the first factory ford in 59, and same fridge body style. If you wanted the look, you could buy a factory 59 or 60 4x4 and install a 57 front clip for much less than 5k, but what do I know. With all that being said, I would love to have it!
