I have a small coolant leak that appears to be coming from the bottom of the radiator where the transmission cooler lines connect to the radiator. Has anyone one run into this problem. I've done lots of searches here and on other sites, but haven't been able to find anything. Is it even possible for the coolant to leak at this point? I don't have a tool to pressurize the system to make sure this is where the leak actually is.
The coolant passages and the transmission passages are separate. If it is indeed coolant you have a problem in the radiator. You can check by draining some fluid from the trans pan. More likely, either 1) the leak is coming from somewhere else and looks like it is coming from there, or 2) it is transmission fluid.
