I have recently replaced the water pump, thermostatm and all front end hoses, in addition I flushed the Radiator. After subsequently finishing this replacement my 93' Bronco now leaks after the engine gets warm. I have tried to research the fluid loss but cannot find it.
If the cooling system was not leaking before your repairs, the odds are high that one of the items; thermostat housing or water pump to block seal, are leaking.
A pressurized leak check is often the easiest way to find leaks. You may need a small mirror to look for leaks.
I recently worked on my daughter's BMW, and afterwards there was a slow but steady loss of fluid. No drops of coolant ever reached the ground. I had replaced water pump, thermostat, and hoses. No obvious leaks. After looking closely at underside of thermostat housing w/ a mirror, I was able to see the small, dried leak residue and reason for the leak; I left out one of the 4 bolts to the housing
Installing and tightening the bolt fixed the leak.
It could be a loose bolt, or the gasket may have become misplaced during installation. When putting a water pump on you have to be very careful, because you can't test the seal until everythings back in place.
The thermostat housing is easy to see, so it must be the water pump/block seal. You could try tightening the bolts, but not too tight. Twisting off a bolt, will only make your problems worse.
