Welcome to my world! I own a 1957 f-100 w/ 300cid. 6cyl. and having trouble in identification of my block. I suspect it is an industrial version, or whatever. I was not involved in the install of this motor, however I would like to stick with this engine and make it run correctly. Found many things wrong so far, like running one tooth off on distributor, no timing advance working, and unmatched carb/dist. I am truly amazed at what you can do with this motor if given the correct nomenclature for that production run on this engine, look out! Need help! The block ID looks like E1TE-a015-AA.
