You can still have a failed FICM with the proper voltage, especially showing low voltage codes for all injectors. What does the FICM power show cranking and at 2K rpm's cold? What does the battery do cranking?

All your symptoms indicate a bad FICM despite what the replacement date was. It should still have a warranty, maybe? The white/blue smoke on start could be the glowplug (or glowplug circuit).

The chances of 8 injectors failing at once is really low. Its almost has to be a electrical problem.

Not necessarily. Power side of FICM, at 47 volts is good, I would run it cold and higher rpm in park and test, then run on the road and watch it? Even if the power board is good the other side can be bad where it drives the injectors. When it's cold does it have a hard rime revving over 2000 rpm? That's what mine did, low injector codes, 47 volts, 12.5 on batteries, but when cold it would struggle to hit 2000 and then shift. New FICM from Ed, atlas 40, and start up quicker, no codes, revs past 2000 cold, and smooth as when hot, pulls better through the gears. Snappy difference. Changed FICM at 100k miles.

IM NOT ABLE TO GIVE YOU READINGS HAD TO RETURN SCANNER MY FRIEND NEEDED IT AT HIS WORK BUT THE ONLY CODES I GOT THRU THIS TIME, WAS NUMBER ONE GLOW PLUG AND ALL EIGHT INJECTORS CIRCUITS LOW, LAST TIME I RAN SCANNER AFTERS CLEARING DTCS I GOT NO CODE AT ALL. UNIT WAS COLD NOT STARTED EVEN AFTER UP TO TEMP RAN KOER SHOWED NOT DTC. ONE TIME WHEN UNIT WAS COLD I RAN THE BUZZ TEST AND THOUGHT THERE WAS A PAUSE BETWEEN ONE OF THE INJECTORS CLICKING TEST BUT COULD NOT TELL WHICH ONE. COULD HAVE BEEN JUST ME. SINCE I PUT THE POWER PAK IN THE FICM TRUCK STARTED BETTER COLD AND HOT, IF IT WASN'T THE MISFIRE WHICH IS HOT OR COLD AND CAN NOT TELL ANY DIFFERENCE IN MISIFRE

This points to a bad FICM.
