I HAVE A SOLUS PRO SCANNER THIS MORING WHILE ENGINE IS COLD DONE A IJECTOR BUSS TEST SHOWED ALL 8 INJECTOR CIRCUITS LOW AND NIMBER 1 GLOW PLUG BAD, CLEARED CODES RAN TEST AGAIN THIS TIME NO DTCS THIS ALL WAS BEFORE ENGINE WAS STARTED CAN RUN KOER AND GET NO CODES, HAVE DONE THE WIGGLE TEST ON HARNESS BUT FOUND NOTHING WITH SCANNER ON DROVE UNIT LAST NIGHT FICM POWER NEVER DROPPED BELOW 47V BATTERY NOT BELOW 13V. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT.
You can still have a failed FICM with the proper voltage, especially showing low voltage codes for all injectors. What does the FICM power show cranking and at 2K rpm's cold? What does the battery do cranking?

All your symptoms indicate a bad FICM despite what the replacement date was. It should still have a warranty, maybe? The white/blue smoke on start could be the glowplug (or glowplug circuit).
Not necessarily. Power side of FICM, at 47 volts is good, I would run it cold and higher rpm in park and test, then run on the road and watch it? Even if the power board is good the other side can be bad where it drives the injectors. When it's cold does it have a hard rime revving over 2000 rpm? That's what mine did, low injector codes, 47 volts, 12.5 on batteries, but when cold it would struggle to hit 2000 and then shift. New FICM from Ed, atlas 40, and start up quicker, no codes, revs past 2000 cold, and smooth as when hot, pulls better through the gears. Snappy difference. Changed FICM at 100k miles.
